Job Overview
As a Customer Relations & After Sales Executive, your main role will be to handle customer follow-ups, support documentation, payment reminders, customer queries, and ensure complete satisfaction after the sale. This role is important for building long-term trust and maintaining the company’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer follow-up after booking and purchase
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and registration process
Assist customers with payment schedules and due reminders
Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests
Maintain customer records, agreements, and after-sales reports
Ensure smooth communication between customers and company team
Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Collect customer feedback and support improvement in services
Provide project updates to customers as required
Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
Polite and professional personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM preferred)
Ability to manage customer complaints calmly
Good documentation and record-keeping skills
Strong teamwork and time management skills
