Job Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting customers, explaining project details, managing client follow-ups, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in clients and customer inquiries
Explain plot and project details to customers
Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads
Schedule and manage site visits for clients
Maintain customer records and sales reports
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Confidence and professional personality
Ability to handle customer queries politely
Good negotiation and closing skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Two-wheeler and driving license preferred (optional)
