Job Overview
As a Real Estate Telecaller, you will contact potential customers, explain project details, answer customer queries, and schedule site visit appointments. This role is important for lead generation and customer communication, helping our company connect with interested buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers and leads to explain our real estate projects
Provide complete information about plots, pricing, and location benefits
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Generate leads and maintain daily call reports
Schedule site visit appointments and meetings
Coordinate with the sales team for client handling
Maintain proper customer database and communication records
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Ability to convince customers and build trust
Professional speaking skills and polite nature
Strong follow-up and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred)
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Eligibility
